I have a question about the dual xenon light for those that have it. How is it as a flashlight in general? Is it really an awesome bright light or is it only fair in standard applications? Thanks.

Living in rural No. California, I use it all the time for "sweeping" the acreage for critters when the girls hear things that go bump in the night, great light, has a lock (I think.....) and can either use one bulb or two depending on needs. It's not quite as cumbersome as some think....Holding a .40 cal and the light, I can do a sweep pretty quick in the night

It's actually pretty powerful. When walking the dogs after dark it's often what lights up the night for them. Too many coyotes around our place, and this gives good piece of mind.Michael Stoops
