Possibly looking for a roomate at my house in Grapevine. 2br/2bath/2car garage. Located in a quiet and very safe neighborhood. 2 minutes from lake access. Looking for a quiet roomate. No parties, no late night activities. I have to be up at 4:30am for work most every morning, so a loud roomate wouldn't be good for me. Must be clean and respectful of my property.

$600 mo plus half utilities

I have a dog and a cat. So if you have allergies, or just don't like animals, this probably isn't the place for you

Females just make better room-mates from my experience. I've had 3 in my single days. They are cleaner, respect your property, and easier to get along with......usually! Good luck in your search.

Why can't you live in Houston.
My roommate nearly drives my insane! I guess he's not too bad, he just has a lot of irritating habits. Let's just say I can feel my blood pressure shoot up %75 of the time I see him.
Oh! And his car makes me want to throw up.
