Blackberry Curve 8330 here! LOVING it, but seriously thinking about upgrading to either the Storm 2, new Bold, or even the Droid coming out. Only time will tell.
The native BB browser will default by bringing most pages up in the mobile version, and it isn't a full on desktop experience, though you can make it load the page as normal (it just takes a while, and doesn't always load it up correctly). I now use the Bolt browser, and for 90% of my browsing, it works wonderfully well! I actually dare to say that I like using it MORE than I do the iPhone browser, which causes you to ALWAYS zoom in, and out just to read content clearly. Bolt does an incredibly good job rendering forums correctly so you can easily read them, and yet will still render a full website that is easy to navigate. Highly recommended.
