      Re: Nice Meg's Find!!!

Thanks guys. I agree, the Ultimate Wipes were a steal. He has at least one more package that I'm definitely going to grab. Some ASD, another container of mild clay, a wheel face brush, some #26 and maybe a few Meg's grout sponge things (for $2 each!). I really hope he has a few more slide lock brushes.

I flipped when I saw that my friend had a gallon and I demanded that he tell me where he got it. The guy only had one gallon left and I snapped it up. I'm going to try to sift through all his stuff and see if I can maybe find another.

I used it today and I absolutely love it. You can use it pretty much anywhere you would use APC! It really worked wonders on my greasy doorjambs. Meg's, bring back Safe D-Greaser! (I'm thinking APC+ may be a little like Safe D-Greaser?)

I paid $30 for my mild clay...
damn... $5 is cheap even for regular consumer's clay without lubrication and cleaner wax.

There is a place local to me that carries both the mild and aggressive clay for $25 each. I don't know of any place that would sell it for $5 - what a steal!

No kidding. $4.99 could only get you two foam applicator pads at Schucks.

I guess I'll have to get some of that when my Safe D-Greaser runs out.

He's got a bit more stuff but no M16. He's got a wheel face brush, a bunch of body brushes a package of Ultimate Wipes, Silicone free dressing, ASD, HD, APC, a bunch of Mirror Glaze products and maybe one tire brush, a few more discontinued GC stuff and a whole bunch of Chemical Guys stuff.

I've always wanted to try some of the Chemical guys paste wax, just couldn't spend the coin to do so. Is your guy substantially cheaper that retail?

FWIW: I bought the last 3 tubs of Mild clay this past weekend. The clays were $5.99, I had said $4.99 in my previous post which was incorrect. Also I grabbed a Versa Wheel Face Brush for $4 and a Wheel Spoke Brush for $5 I think. Gold Class Terry Cloth Towels and Gold Class Glass Duo Towels were $1 each.
NOTE: Post count does not reflect actual detailing knowledge.

I didn't notice if he even had paste wax. He has mainly gallons and maybe a few 16oz bottles. He has some kind of rim wax and a few "Smart Detailing" products. His prices are definitely cheaper.

I should probably go back and buy at least two more tubs of Mild Clay, a gallon of ASD, an interior brush, another package of Ultimate Wipes, Glass Cleaner D120, MPLC, MPPC and maybe a couple of those glass towels. This guy is getting all my money.

Wow I'm so jelous, I love Ultimate Wipes, one of my favorite towels that I let touch the paint on my cars.

Your clay find is super sweet, I can't believe he is letting them go for that cheap.

The wheel face brush looks super nice!

The Chemical Guys stuff is worth looking at if the price is right, a few things I would consider would be:
                              Jetseal
                              Sticky Wheel Gel Cleaner
                              Pete's 53 Wax
                              50/50 wax
                              Blitz Spray
                              Bare Bones
                              Fergy-

You're only as good as your last detail

Those are some awesome prices on the mild clay.

The best price I have ever found on the mild clay was $16.99 at Summit Racing. In store only, they do not sell it online.
