Rockpick's NEW 2005 King Ranch Edition F-150

As some of you know, I previously owned a 2001 King Ranch Edition F-150. Well, that all changed on Saturday when I traded my 2001 in for a 2005.

Yes, it's regular ole' truck but, what lies inside is a bit different from what you're going to find in your standard pickup.

And, as some may recall my delima, I went with the BLACK.













It's not the Mustang shown in the other post but, it's still new and I'm thrilled to death with it!

Beautifull truck ! There was a king ranch at the sema show, that was the first time I really got to look at one. I was impressed.

It has the 5.4L V8 (grrrunts like Tim Taylor)...

So far, the new body style really impresses me. The ride quality is NIGHT AND DAY better than my old 2001. My wife even mentioned something about it and she never notices stuff like that.

Thanks again for the kudos! I'm very excited to have it and feel I'm up to the challenge to keep the black looking showroom new. Sure, it'll be some work but, I'm a young guy. Now is the time to give it a whirl! (whirl, not swirl).

So you went with black huh! good color, nice truck too! When I bought my L, I sat in a couple 04 new body F150's and they are as you said night and day! Very nice truck and man they are BIG!

Nice looking truck there RP! I like the Black/Tan combo with the alloy rims, very nice! IMO, it makes sense to get the 5.4 engine and the BFG tires on a truck that size.

Now remember RP, apply your Zaino once a month with ZFX enabled and with between each coat remember your Z6 Gloss enchancer for that extra "pop" lol j/k dude

The aroma of that leather interior is intoxicating!
