I remeber these about 20 yrs ago. They're quite rare now.

Can anyone think of a suitable application?

    They were made by Ronal.

Andy,I think that is one possible application. I'm trying to think of one vehicle were they could be used... +

I've just noticed a set on ebay up for grabs:

I think these are cool. Are they actually 20 years old already?!?! You are right, I've seen them in the early 90's! Time sure flies.

A potent, secure male should not feel comprimised by these wheels:

They are just wheels with a unique design. Nothing wrong with them. On the right application, they may even look cool.

Not a good example, but yeah, I think I've seen these wheels mostly on early Hondas. Since the offset, bolt patterns and width are with the Hondas in mind.

I would totally put those on like a VW Cabrio, Mini, Beetle, or something like that. I'd even drive it to. It would be awesome, and go with the pink scooter that I'm coveting.

Those wheels remind me of Teddy Grahams.

                    Teddy Grahams is SWEET.

The people's cars, aka VW, would probably look pretty good in those wheels.

A company van with them on it would be spot on

I think these wheels would be great for large SUV's and Jeep's that are often travelling in the forrest, to scare away wild bears
