        Yeah, I read about this same self-healing paint in some newer Infinitis (Nissan's luxury division, just as Acura is Honda's and Lexus is Toyota's for those who didn't know) as well.

        I guess the detailing industry has been thrown a curve ball and we shall see how this plays out after a few more years .

            interesting stuff, good advice, not that I think I can afford a Skyline, with petrol at $8.80 a gallon over here in the UK,

            Ironic that the UQW bottle has a yellow Skyline on it !! So Skylines need loving too !

              Thanks for the tip.... guess that means I wont be doing any Infinity's or high-end Nissan's (if there is such a thing) any time soon.

                Bringing this post back to life...

                Got a brand new Nissan Sentra which is produced in Aguas calientes - MEX. Don't know exactly but I think Sentra models sold in US are also produced in the same Nissan plant in Mexico.

                I would like to ask the more experienced guys if this "self-healing" paint is also applicable to Nissan Sentra.
