    I've ordered a bunch of times from Autogeek, and recently when one of the bottles of product I ordered was defective, they were really helpful and gave me a few options, including refunding me for the product. I dealt with Penny, and she was very helpful. Don't jump to conclusions....they will take care of you!

      I just talked to one of their customer service staff via Live Chat. The person on the other has cancelled my order. He/she claims that I would receive an email regarding the refund. After an hour, I have not received a confirmation. And my online tracking information does not indicate that the order has been cancelled. I think I can take comfort that my order has indeed been cancelled, but the lack of information update or confirmation can make users a little weary.

        Just spoke with Penny and she did confirm with me that the financial transaction was canceled and your credit card was credited. It might just take some time on the banks side to update any electronic tracking. Same for the shipment.

        Autogeek is a well-oiled machine, since I've been here I've seen nothing but top notch customer service from everyone no matter what their position, if it can be done, it is done and it's done as quickly as possible.

        The Autogeek offices close at 4:pm on Saturday's Eastern time and we don't open again till Monday, at 9:00am Eastern time and outside of that everyone here does everything they can to take care of our customers as fast and efficiently as possible.

          I ordered from auto geek last week and I ran into the same problem.

          I ordered a degreaser concentrate 1 gallon and received an email saying that they need my confirmation because it will need extra shipping fees.

          At that time I thought it was fine so I replied an email CONFIRMING the purchase, (mind you this was already late at night)

          I changed my mind the SAME night and called them to cancel the order an HOUR after they opened ( I know because Eastern time is 3 hours ahead from where I live)

          They told me the package was almost sent out. Luckily I woke up early just to call them.

          Well my response probably isn't that helpful but I'm just saying their service is pretty fast when it comes to getting those packages out. I think the most effective way is to call them directly and cancel your order, I never trusted emails

            Don't get me wrong. I have confidence in Autogeek. It has been in business for quite a while and was the place I ordered my first PC. It's just that the lack of confirmation on my previous transaction made me a little worry.

            I just ordered a couple more items from Autogeek an hour ago. Some 6.5" White Cobra Foam Pads and a 6" LC backing plate to go with my 7" Surbuf pads I ordered. I just wished that the mikephillips coupon code was still in effect. I used the autopia code to get a 10% off though.
