Picking up a 05 Mustang tomorrow.

Well, one of the 05 Mustangs we ordered comes in tomorrow. Red GT . The dealership has specific instructions to not remove any plastic, wash or do any sort of "detailing" on the car. Hope they listen. I really don't want to buff scratches out of a brand new car.

Yeah, the one thats comming in is a Red GT automatic. There should also be a 6 speed charcoal grey GT comming in soon.

From what I saw at SEMA they already have tons and tons of aftermarket parts for them, and I have a feeling they are going to be struggling to keep up with the demand for a little while anyways.

Congratulations on the new Mustang. I was lucky enough to have driven one a couple of weeks ago at a Ford Innovation Drive event at the Kentucky Speedway; and it is an awesome car. The combination of interior and exterior styling as well as mechanicals are great. Just the exhaust note under acceleration and at speed is worth the cost of the car; to say it is sweet is a big understatement. And power, oh boy does it go. Enjoy the car and post some pics when you get it detailed out. And by the way; the guys from Ford were using Meguiar’s products to detail out the cars at the Innovation Drive.

Well, this was kind of a bummer. They ordered the wrong color. It was supposed to be the bright red, but instead the car is the darker metallic red. We still took it, but I have a feeling it's for sale.

And it's no Corvette, but it handles fairly well and gets it pretty good when you step on it. I think I like the styling of the front more than the rear of the car. The dash is really cool, you can change the color of it to some 125 different combinations. The interior gets even cooler the more you look at it. They deffinitely did well with the retro theme.

I had a personal invite to the Kentucky Motor Speedway a few weeks ago to test drive a Mustang GT ON THE TRACK but, it got rained out for the most part. Talk about being VERY bummed out...

Ok as promised (these would have been here yesterday if my Internet wouldn't have crapped out, thanks Qwest). Sorry, I know night time pictures ****, but the car was going bye bye the next day so this was all I could get.















The car was cool in all, but wrong color. We now have two more ordered . The color changing dash was deffinitely one of the coolest features. Ohh yeah, it's got a coat of NXT in these pictures too
