Any Alltel Customers Here?

Alltel recently merged with Verizon Wireless, but my first bill (from Verizon) went up about $5 a month.

Have any Alltel customers here on the forum encountered this yet?

I have the National Freedom 300 Plan.

I'm with Alltel, but have a prepaid phone through them.

Hmm...I have Verizon and I do know that some phones require a certain calling plan. So maybe the plan you were on with Alltel wasn't compatible to Verizon's plan and they upgraded it or something.

Verizon's customer service has always been great so give them a call and I'm sure they'd help you out.

I have the National Freedom 300 Plan.

Those old plans should stay for you, just be granfathered in to your new contract, call and scream and yell, they WILL take it off, i used to work for them.
