Mazda's new grilles look like they're smiling even more than Acuras. And Pontiac's front end looks like some alien or Jason's mask. Thanks to Nissan and Scion, a new horrid idea of shaping cars into boxes has been introduced, let's see which other manufacturer follows. Porsche's Cayenne looks like a frog with a big smile, like Mazda and Acura, except they have followers like Nissan who makes SUVs that closely resemble the frog design. If Cadillac didn't introduce the new grille design in 2008, the pre-2008 design wouldn't look so shabby. Smartcars should be kept as Smartcars, Honda, Toyota, and Scion's imitations are nothing but annoyances. There's nothing attractive about the plainness of Subaru's and the hunchback of Saabs (yes even their sedans).

That sums up most of my beliefs about cars... no intention of offending any car owners, these are just my opinion.

Megafast nailed it with the first pic. Acura's new designs are terrible. Space ships belong where? If you said space, you obviously don't work for Acura. I saw a TL in the parking lot and I thought it was going to start talking and transform into a toaster.

I've seen a few guys replace their grilles on their newer Acuras, it looks a lot better no matter what type of grille they put on there, as long as it's not the stock ones.

Agreed, mainly due to drivers who don't deserve cars like that.

I disagree with that. I kinda like the CTS. This thread asks "what do you think?". Keep in mind that everybody has differing tastes, and what may be repulsive to one person might be another's pride and joy.

For me it would be a toss up between a Gremlin or a Pacer. I had friends that had both. They took some "ribbing" back then for how they looked, but if you wanted to go to a ball game or a dance, they were not all that bad!

Ok I think some folks might need to take a time out break, I can see this thread is going south faster then a lead balloon.

Everybody has their likes and dislikes, I've seen my favorite car up here.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions if you disagree then state it in a more civilized fashion, remember that this is a family friendly forum, let's not turn this into one of the "other" forums out there.

There's a fad in my area. Where rednecks get big deisel trucks, lift them, add tons of chrome, cab lights, and intall huge "big rig style exhaust 'stacks'", then practically cover them in vinyl stickers.
IMO, they look worse than any aztek, cube, or smart car.

I'm pretty surprised the rhinestone covered Mercedes hasn't been mentioned.
