Let me clarify, before someone corrects me. AZ does not observe daylight savings time. So when we "Spring" forward, they stay put = 3 hour difference. When we "Fall" back, they are 2 hours different. I guess they feel like they have enough daylight without changing the clocks.

You can file this away as mostly useless information, but thought I would share.

They are a 3 hour time difference from you. I bet they were up and running by 10:00 there local time.
