  • Meguiars "Show Stand" Truck/Trailer

Hey, just wondering who all runs the Meguiars "Show Stand" at big car shows, such as Goodguys shows, Back to the Fifties in Mn. etc. throughout the country. Is it actually Meguiars employees or people you guys hire to run the stand.

We have a big Goodguys show coming up July 4 weekend in Des Moines IA, and if memory serves me right, Meguiars has been at this show in the past and possibly still. (havent been to it in years) Will it be actual Meguiars employees or people asked to help out from off the street?

Our 3 rigs that attend shows across the U.S. are staffed 99.99% by our Special Events Department and in some cases, our Customer Care Center Staff who you may have spoken to on the phone. They are all employees.

They are a great group of "Car Guys" that coordinate, set up, attend and help customers at shows across the U.S. In additon, they also support thousands of car clubs each and every year with their local needs and requests.

Over all , we support approx 9000 shows a year in some fashion in the U.S. alone....

It is easy to see why that is a very busy department here at Meguiar's

I've got to find out what car shows you guys will be at in the New York area. You guys should have set something up at the NY auto show a few months ago.

oooh ok....i was hoping someone from here on the forum would be in Iowa this weekend so i could buy some stuff and shoot the breeze for a min or 2. Would ADS be cheaper to buy products over the Show Stands at shows? I'm trying to figure between shipping and product pricing, which way would be cheaper. May just buy a G110 @ the show if they're close in price to ADS
