    I agree with you dope, If I was a cop, I'd be busy all day with unattentive drivers alone. But I do agree that the plate's state being covered warrents getting pulled over and ticketed. I'm sure there were more dangerous drivers on the road at the time.

    AGP, You didn't happen to be driving thru Pa when you got pulled over?

      Nope, was in New Jersey the whole time. But I did see lots of Pennsylvania drivers coming to Wildwood.

        Just checked with an officer at the station. No need to show up to court and no insurance changes since it was not a moving violation
