Very sad. I can not believe it. This is big. I feel really bad for his family and all that were close to him. Although I was not big into his music I respected him for what he did and how he did it. He will be greatly missed as one of the biggest musicians ever.

I can not believe he was 50 thats just crazy.

Well, I never listened to him myself. He was way before my time. Still, it was kind of a shocker to see that he had passed away. And at only 50 at that! Awfully young, really.

got the news when i was doing a wash for a customer. i thought she was joking at first and then when i turned on my radio there it was. it was like wow not that i was a big fan,but the fact it really shocked me. well r.i.p

It was a shocker for me when I first heard about it on the radio. I thought it was some kind of sick joke. I was in Beverly Hills at the the time and saw some comotion but didn't think much of it. I feel bad for his kids too. I wonder who's next in line to take them over since the mother signed all the rights away to him? He had some great music. RIP!

I'm also 20. MJ has been my favorite singer for as long as i can remember. I (my mom) have two vinyl Thriller albums. She used to rip the audio from vinyl to cassette so i could listen to it in the car. Our car didnt have a record player lol.

I still cant believe it.
