OK, I know Meguiar's says that they will put their products up against anybody else. I understand that, and I believe that Meguiar's will at least match or beat anybody else out there. But what is with these people who have to prove that their product is so much better than Meguiar's? I don't get it. Is it jealousy? Lack of sales? Anyway, I happened to come across these videos on YouTube, and this guy on here kind of made me mad. He has this product (some sort of spray polish that his company makes and promotes - I think it's a cleaner polish) and he puts it up against DC2, NXT Generation Spray Wax, and UQD and claims that it outshines each one of them. First off, you can't compare a cleaner polish to a pure polish or a spray wax or a quik detailer. Doesn't work and it's not fair, I don't care what anybody says. Second, it's rather obvious that his car that he is doing the "tests" on is dirty. WTH? If he actually knew what he was doing, he wouldn't be working on a dirty car so as not to screw up the results. Well, I'll let you watch the videos and decide for yourself. I support fair competition. I don't support this.

I somehow doubt if Meguiars feels threatened by all of this. Little guys will always call out the heavy hitters, but the burden of proof is on them, not the established company with a policy of complete customer support and satisfaction

Agreed, but it still makes me mad. And he's really not proving anything by comparing his product against different types of products (polish versus a spray wax). All he really succeeded in doing is making a fool out of himself. I don't get it.

This is just stupid lol, Honestly this video proves nothing like you said. I cant even see what he points out in the first video its just him saying its better. But hey I know what works for me and its Meg's, he doesnt have to like it, its just more for me

Looks very immature and with the angles you can't really tell whats clean what's dirty and what has products on. The stands out pretty good though. Maybe a better made video and some fact finding, maybe.....just maybe I would try some of their stuff..............................................................................NAH!

Right you are, sir! Please don't misunderstand me, I'm not trying to bash this guy (well, maybe I am ) I just get very frustrated when you get guys like this who deliberately try to mislead people who don't know better. That's what gets my fur on edge.

If there really is this miracle product that he's promoting, then why haven't I seen any commercials or informercials with Billy Mayes promoting this product? Does it even exist? I think it's kinda weird.

Hi Ciera,I seen them before and actually posted a thread about one of them earlier.

It's complete nonsense.It doesn't prove anything.The quality of film is duff and to wipe a hood and claim "I've beaten Meguiar's!" is just stupid.

Look at all the yewchoob vids out there boasting 300$ tubs of wax!

Does it bead any better than Meg's Carnauba,next tech2......NO!!!!

If anything they are proving that they are dummies paying 300$'s for wax,when you can pick up a bottle of Meg's for 10-20$'s!
