  • Can You ID These Hubcaps?

Does anyone here know hubcaps? Do you know what these are from? I don't have a clue. Thought it might be fun to know what they where off of.

Thought they would look cool on the garage wall and I got them for free so figured why not. They need a lot of cleaning up yet. So far I just washed them with soap and water. I bought some felt polishing wheels for my drill and tried that with Hot Rims Mag & Aluminum Polish. It worked great but is very time consuming getting in all the tight spaces.

This is what they looked like before a quick cleaning...

Here's the same one after a quick wash. We will call this "Hubcap A".

    Hubcap B

    Hubcap C

    Hubcap D

I have a bunch more so if this is fun I can post the rest later.

Hubcap C is from a Chevy Monte Carlo. The year? No clue.
Hubcap D is from a Cadillac, but I have no idea the model or year.
    Hope this somewhat helps.

      Just taxing the brain here.
      A: Dodge Monaco
      B:Chrysler Imperial
C:I think it its from a Monte Carlo
D:I want to say a Chrysler New Yorker.

      Just guessing.

Cool, thanks! It gives me an idea at least. Just so if someone asks I'm not totally clueless.

Hubcap C is definitely from a Monte Carlo...I want to say mid-70's, like 74-76 timeframe but I'm not positive.

That's it! I knew it looked familiar, but I couldn't place it. They started using that on the LTD in 1975.
