Man, so many conflicting opinions...

Clear sounds nice for looks but I don't think its really worth it since it's a more "permanent" solution. I like th normal ones because you can remove them but from what ColonelCash is saying, it's a lot of work still.

When I put the bra on the car I put blue 3M masking tape on the areas I know it will rub. That prevents the paint from being directly rubbed on by the bra.

Just curious.....can a clear bra be polished and waxed like regular paint? If not, how do you maintain it so it doesn't get dull?

I have Avery clear bra on my C30. Very large and difficult to install due to the complex conture of the bumper. Took 2 pro installer over 2.5 hours.

Avery is thinner, yellows less over time, and less oragepeel effect.

Who you but it from make a big difference. Even thou they all use the same brand, the cut and fit will vary from place to place. One place I got it from there was a 1 inch gap in certain areas. Very poor fit and it was junked.

I would pick the option that covers the lower section of the car. You are less likely to get chips on the hood. Not tailgating help a ton as well in reducing rock chips.
