Okay, so this is probably the most off topic subject that has been posted here but I am working on training for an event called the Mud Run held in DFW! It looks awesome, it is a 10k run through obstacles and mud the whole time, anyone in Texas should definitely check it out, and all procedes go for helping out young marines and other various accociations. So for a discussion part of this, anyone ever done anything like this before? Also, for you guys that run, what have you found is the best way to increase your endurance besides the obvious of running more? Any good techniques?
