  • Future detailer?

I took these pics with my phone, just had to post them as they were too cute. It's the first time my son has shown any interest in helping with detailing and he helped my friend wipe his vette down.

I had to make him wear the apron for the pic, as he wasn't too keen on wearing it and kept taking it off... Now for his payment, off to Jiffy Treat for a banana wheel!

Detailing is great for involving the kids and teaching them a useful lifetime skill. It's a great way to work through school and be your own boss! Good job

Hahaha, when you're older he'll be detailing your cars.

Just stick him on the wheels and wheel wells and all the low areas that are harder for you to reach and right at his level haha

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

            I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
            Remove swirls my friends.

                Thanks all,
That would be really cool if at some point he really took an interest in it...

Thats really cool! I wish my dad was into cars like I am because its one of the things I dont do with him, he just ist car crazy! I got started because I got tired of seeing dirty cars and trial and error brought me to Megs.

One thing is if he takes an interest he will have so much experience on everyone from learning from you

I can see it now: "The junior detailing champion team, sponsored by Meguiar's, the team of Chapman & Wedemeyer."
