  • A Slave To Black No More, Bought A Silver Ridgeline

Don't shoot me! I decided after countless black vehicles to take a break and get silver. I just don't seem to have the time anymore to keep black spotless and it drives me crazy if it's not. Hmmm, maybe that's why I'm crazy!

I pick up my new to me 2006 Honda Ridgeline on Friday or Saturday. It has black leather and more bells and whistles than I'll ever need.

Congrats. I myself have never owned a black car. The darkest I've gone is graphite grey on my Dodge Ram. Other than that Silver is a great color for low maintenance. You may now ease your craziness

                        Thanks everyone!

She's sitting in the garage now. Took me 5 mins to get out of it, every time I opened the door it started beeping at me. Couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. It was telling me I didn't close the sliding back window. lol

I went and picked up my best friend for a ride around the block. She noticed a few scuff marks on the paint and said good now you have something to work on. She knows me too well!

Hopefully I will have some time to start Meguiarizing it next week!

cool truck, yea silver is a low maintenance car... but swirls are always visible for car crazy detailers ;]

So here's a different view. I just purchased a black pearl 2009 RX-8 for the exact opposite reason. I've been way too anal all my life about my cars, and I figure I'll never be able to get black perfect, so I'll settle for "good enough" (which will still be better than most!)
