Has anyone tried the Ding King or any other DIY dent removers?
    Did it work well?
    Did it remove paint?

    Thanks

I have never used it but i heard it works on some dents and not others. I also read somewhere that it sometimes takes multiple tries.

I pretty much heard the same. It really depends on where the dent is located. At the shop I was going to take my Corolla to, she said that if the dent is in a crease that is part of the body's contour, it is hard to pull out.

I'm surprised you have not asked why I am wondering or what happened.
Well the speaker cable that runs over my garage door got caught and brought the speaker down.
So I put it back up.
Then I knocked over the fertilizer pushy thingy.
            IT HIT THE TRUCK!!
Lucky it is not that bad.
But it is bad enough to make me really angry.
            Pictures to come.

I used it on my car.
It basically uses a hot glue gun to help you pull up on the dent. If its a large basic dent, then you will have great results, if its smaller, then its probably going to be more difficult to fix.

For mine, it helped a lot with the dent, but did not totally remove it.

I have one, and as Lagos said, it will help a lot with the dent, but will not make it perfect and yes, it sometimes takes several tries. I do not ever use it on customers cars, only if it's a friend and tell them up front "to use at your own risk". Make sure the clean the surface area well with alcohol so it has something to stick too. I have probably used it a dozen or so different occasions and I'd say on 90% on what I've used it on, it has made a very nice improvement. One thing, it has to be a flat surface area and if the glue does happen to stick to the paint, don't panic, just use a paint cleaner or solvent and it will come off. For what you pay for it, it's not a bad deal.

                    Here are the pictures:

Yes, I know about the swirls, that is this weekends task.

It turns out the dent was not ask bad as I remembered. It was probably because I was so angry from what happened I exaggerated a little bit.

it dosent look that bad, you should be able to remove or diminish the scratches. I am sure you will be able to fix them.

                        Re: Ding King

It works on "soft dents" as the instructions says. Dents with no creases. I tried it on my door dent (dent caused buy another door). It didnt work because the door made a crease in the middle of the dent.

Just to give you an idea in what the culprits look like...

It is the Big Green Thing

A little bit better picture. On the right is the speaker cord that fell again.

                            Darn speaker cord.

I do have brackets that hold the cord, but for some reason something happened. I do not know what. The last time I tried putting it up I did not put it in the brackets because that is when the Green Thing FELL!!!
