Where do you get those large Meguiars signs that I see on some garage walls?

You can make them yourself
Goo to your local sign shop, give them Meg's website to copy a pic and they'll print it out for you. You hang it on the wall. -

Meguiar's should make a deal with Home Depot or Lowe's to make vinyl stick-ons so we can just stick them on our garage walls!

Those are pretty hard to get. You can watch ebay or the for sale forum here. Otherwise as sstg mentioned you can get them from Rick at ADS if you buy a large quantity of supplies.
