As fun as it is to hunt things down that are considered rare, I just tossed my mug in the garbage. 2 times through the kitchenaid dishwasher and it was ruined. Much nicer travel mugs can be had for much less!

That stinks, to bad you didn't read the insert, It tells you " hand wash only"

aww man, that *****.. When I first got mine I dropped it and the plastic piece on the bottom broke.. Would of liked to of had it before you tossed it.

Me to. After the Holidays, our local Wal-Mart never got around to discounting the gift paks. Just emptied them and sold the product for regular price. Do not have any idea what he did with the mugs.

What that Walmart is doing is simply wrong. People that buy the NXT 2.0 will then call CS telling them they didn't get a foam pad...

Found it.
Always read the instructions, from a new car to a mug, the instructions are there for you help you understand & enjoy your new product.
Something I learned in a class a long time ago.
