  • Horizontal band saw - Any experts in the house?

We are looking for a new Horizontal band saw for our shop at work, we haven't bought one since the late 70's and now its finally time for a new one. Looking at the $3000-$4000 range any suggestions and/or experience. Our old one is a Wilton but really doesn't matter the brand as long as its reliable.

I really like the Grizzy Brand Band Saws.
We have them at school and they are build well and work very nicely.

Hitachi used to make a really nice saw. I don't know if they still do but you might check them out. Grizzly makes decent stuff. I have some of their equipment in my own shop.
