Well as funny as that is, there are some cars out there with full rubber flooring so you can hose it out. While it isn't recommended to, you can wash the floors out.

The Toyota FJ Cruiser has all rubber flooring as well as the Ford Ranger. I'm sure there are other cars out there, but those are the only two I have been in that have rubber flooring.
