    Austin, TX appears to be ground zero for the electronic traffic signs hacking threat, as the "top story" on last night's local news demonstrates.


    So THIS is the practical use of a Computer Science major

    I read an article yesterday on msnbc.com about this. I thought it was a hilarious prank. Probably not so funny if you are driving and the sign was to warn you about a giant pothole. Atleast the prank wasnt crass.

      Hehe, those orange signs are all over here on roads that are not very traveled at night.

        At least it didn't say something negative or derogatory. Messed up, but hopefully everyone got a good laugh and nobody got hurt.

          That would be a strange qualification on a resume. I can hack road signs. I have to admit it was kind of funny.
