Thanks for the H.U. Rumors about 2 years ago got my switched to Firefox, never looked back. Now I'm lookin at a Macbook 2.4 as my next computer because of the horror stories of Vista and how it uses 2 GB just idling

Being a Mac user, I'm so glad I don't have to deal with Vista/IE issues like that.

^^^ Firefox, IMO, is a MUCH better product than IE. As you learn about it's features, you should like it a lot.

I would say I am a intermediate level on computers. I can tell a big difference on Firefox. I really like it a lot.

That is a stunning little laptop. I have a 2.4 Macbook Pro, it's a year old but I still really like it. Although I am running out of hard drive space. Get the Macbook and set it up to dual boot XP. That way you don't need to deal with Vista!

A little off topic but I run Vista Home @ home and Vista Business @ work and couldn't be happier. Have had very good luck. I wouldn't give up the built in DVR at home for anything best of all its 'free' and it works very well. I guess I am just one of the odd balls who likes vista.

Vista and Firefox 3 user here. Only time I use IE is when the computer is brand new and I use it to download Firefox '
I am very happy so far.
