Special Events usually has those stickers, were working on some Meguiar's Online stickers, perhaps I can get my hands on some of these too...

Cant really tell from the picture but that looks like 2004 sponsor sticker.
If you want one similar you can get that at many events that the MTC rigs are at...the closest to you would be Carlisle next weekend.
