for right now, nothing new, my friend the guy who posted ahead of you 240sxdrifter, thats his dads old car and, I have to find out about reregistering it, I was told the car has to not be registered for 7 years or so for it to come off the DMV grid, so I will not have to catch up the registration, once I get that all squared away then I will take it to get it smogged. thats about it really, also I just spent a lot of money on something that I was stupid and did it anyways (got my moms SUV stuck on our property and had G&O tow it out). I have pics if you want me to post them.

    Any update on this?

The SHO's are great sleeper cars and can haul butt!

My old 24V 2000 Taurus was a sleeper but it moved when needed.

I am thinking that the clamps would be good enough to gt the car to the shop where then I can weld the problem for a permanent fix.

Can always clamp it if all else fails. It's not the best, but it gets the job done.

Yeah I am not sure if I am allergic or not but yeah that is my plan so far. I welded my T-Birds exhaust, I weld but poorly but I am getting better.

    Okay, I'll give you that!

Weld her, then I would think you have to "kill" the mold then clean up after it's dead (mostly mold dust), your not allergic to mold are you?

Good you can weld, then non op, but you may need to smog and my only concern, the exhaust needs to be fixed first.

The exhaust needs to be welded back together, I have a welder and the mold part will take time. The registration I am planning on getting a non op form for it so I can wave all the fees. Other ise it is a great car just needs those things. I am looking for other beaters right now but I a not worried about it being sold because no body else is looking at it. I am going to go to DMV maybe today.

Bad exhaust, no registration, moldy interior, may be time to look elsewhere for a beater to drive!

I know your pain, still, trust me. My new neighbor downstairs was allowed to bring her cats (no animals allowed, supposedly)....

Just let me know what's up.

I have more info on the vehicle once again, I guess they kept the car insured but did not keep up on registration so I am going to DMV on Monday and find out the cost in fees there will be. if it is a lot I am going to have to pass on the car or I can get a non op form for it and hopfully if all goes well it should be fine. The other issues is the exhaust will fall off if we drive it to far, welds broke, what can I rig up for the exhaust to make the car do a 15 mile drive. other than that everyhting else is fine. Should get a temproary sticker so it will be legal for the road for a month?
Yeah and Tyler that would be fun man, yeah we have not been able to meet up, maybe if you want to you can come on down. On the side I went to my friends house who has the SHO and they have cats and well I come out to go home and ther are cat prints all over my Mach with cat feet scratches in the paint.
