I strongly recommend anything from TomTom.

I personally think they are better than all the other brands.

I'm in the market now. I've been jumping back and forth between the TomTom One, TomTom 330 and the Garmin 205. I don't need anything too fancy.

Anyone know of any good comparison sites?
Recently picked up a TomTom 330XL and really like it. Haven't used it all that much but it's a piece of cake to program, easy to read day or night, and wide volume range to suit anyone's preferences.

I was about to get a GPS and the girlfriend talked me out of it, had one picked out in all.... That said Iowa is now working on changing to a 'hands free' only law for cell phones in vehicles and it will give me an excuse to get one with bluetooth, I have it worked out and I have another picked out.

I have a Garmin 200W. Pretty basic unit as far as additional features go but it has the 4.3" screen, 3D view and gives excellent directions.

I would get a Garmin Widescreen one......if I actually needed a GPS for more than like 5 days out of the year.

Friends dad has owned two Garmin units.

I got the same email today. Too bad I bought a Garmin 205 for $129 on Friday.

I'll have to check out the 250 and see if maybe I should take the 205 back or not. I think there are more strict returns on GPS systems too.

Newegg is and excellent site for any electronic purchase, I strongly recommend them as well.

Yeah, Newegg is like ADS for electronics. They are super. Just like Summit Racing.
