I might sound/look like an idiot for saying this but you guys actually mean to tell me that if I call the RX number on the back of your products not only do I get a real person but I get an expert who actually uses these products?

I'm actually pretty blown away by that.

Yep, that's what you get. That's really me in the picture, our Customer Care Center is here at Meguiar's Corporate HQ in Irvine, CA, and all of us actually use the products on a regular basis. Many of us have detailed cars for money on the side, have been involved in other detailing projects (I was part of the Alpine CES buff out last year, the Meguiar's Big Rig buff out, Ford SEMA team, etc) and don't mind busting out a rotary buffer/wool pad to get the job done if need be.

We love this stuff and will talk to you all day long, provided we don't start getting too many calls backed up because of it.
