I like the new design, I dont think it's quite as good as the 05-09's though. I cant wait to see what some aftermarket companies do with it

I recently saw a Genesis sedan on the road and it really is a great looking sedan. Hyundai showed the Genesis Coupe Concept at the LA Auto Show last year and it caught my eye from a distance. I didn't realize it was a Hyundai until I got up closer to the booth!

Hyundai rolled out a pair of Genesis Coupe test mules at Cars & Coffee a few months ago and I spoke with them about it. It was designed by the same guy who penned by beloved Crossfire! While the two mules they had out that morning were rough and unfinished inside, there's no doubt they've got a nice and unique looking ride on their hands. And the custom variants shown at SEMA really looked great.

It's amazing how far Hyundai has come in a decade. It really wasn't that long ago that their cars were sort of a joke. With these two new cars they not only have really great value for money, but a couple of very nice cars - period.

The first time I saw a Genesis on the road I wasn’t sure what it was and stayed close to it for a while trying to figure it out as it really caught my eye. Was really surprised to find out it was a Hyundai.

As for the Mustang, I agree with exactly Mike’s observations.
And I know people will a lot of times go with aftermarket tires and wheels but, Ford could have done a lot better on the factories imo...

Yeah after looking at those wheels again. I would have to put some Bulletts on the car.

So, the question now.....who's going to be the first one on MOL to be a tester?

Funny you mention this as I was just thinking today when I saw a new Toyota Truck with a fake hood scoop that most who wouldn't own a Ford, let alone a Mustang, always bag on the nonfunctional scoops. Came from old school Mustang styling. No one said they had to remain nonfunctional either. Since about 80% of the Mustangs sold are V6 models, not much motivation to make a functional air induction system through the hood (though, they did put one in on the Mach 1's) or make the side scoops functional in the same way they were originally made for (if you don't know, then it won't make a difference anyways). For some reason, it seems to be OK when any other vehicle besides a Ford has a nonfunctional ("fake" if you will...) hood scoop or any other type of scoop, factory or not.

As for the 2010, IMO, I like the look better than the 05-09s. You can already order one (will be available in Feb.), I'm assuming to be on track with the new Camaro. Retains the 4.6L 3V engine, but now has internal engine work done from the factory. So, even though it will come with 315HP factory, you can buy the FRPP upgrade packages which should be covered under warranty and push the HP over 500. So, you pay less from the get go with the fully loaded GT still being under $30,000, but you can spend a bit more and have a very road worthy car that will be right on par with the fully loaded, $45,000 Camaro. Not to mention, that is just the GT with the 4.6. Upgrade as you choose so to speak. Wait until next year when the upgraded model comes out! For the price, and the level of refinement in the interior (you all can look this up, but it is simple incredible), this car is going to be one great machine especially for the price.

When I see one around Benefit of having the car that I do, anyone will let me test drive a car if I were to "trade" it in.

Give it a year or so for the 6.2 to find its way in there

Hey Tyler i got a email form Ford news that a Cobra Jet may be coming out for the street or it is probably just for the track. I do like having a functional scoop on my Mach it is fun to watch it shake. My side scoops in the sun are discoloring it looks like. In direct sun light they look kind of brown. After this upcoming generation I hope they bring back the 69, 70 fast back look.
