I didn't know where to post this since all the feedback sections are for negative comments so I put it here. I hope the staff (and Barry) reads it though and gives themselves a pat on the back. Honestly, I can't think of any other company in any market that I've been happier with than Meguiar's other than maybe my favorite food place. I haven't even been a complete Meguiar's user that long but every aspect of this company I've loved:
It's so fun to wash and detail my car and see all of these great products in action. Love the "lush" Gold Class car wash, love Last Touch, love the ScratchX, and when I get to the tires and smell the fresh grape of the Endurance it's even more fun. Then last but not least, that little blemish that I thought I'd have to use ScratchX on is no longer there due to the awesomeness of NXT Tech Wax 2.0.
I mean, I've been happy with Dell computer but even they've had a particular aspect that I didn't particularly care for (customer service). So far every contact I've made with Meguiar's has been 5/5 stars. Thanks guys!
- Top-rate products that do an excellent job and smell good while (most) are mild and not hazardous.
- I have yet to find another high-quality forum where the actual staff is so involved with its customers and users. Not only that but they provide free expert information all around the clock.
- The Open Garage and detailing classes. Once again, never even seen anything like this before for free.
- The staff is very professional, helpful, and friendly in general. They treat their customers so well that I'm a totally dedicated customer now.
- You can see that the owner cares about the company and wants to be involved.
