System 2000 Pad Washer Group Buy?

There are a few threads that got me thinking about this. Sure would be nice to have but I really don't want to spend that much. However, if I could put together a group buy where we could get a price break, that might work better. Lake Country the company that makes them is about 125 miles away from me, so if it would even work better I could go pick them out and ship them out myself.

Disclaimer: I'm not looking to make any money at all on this. I think it would be fair to cover my gas if I drove down there but other than I would do it at cost.

How about the universal pad washer?I'd do that one,it does rotary and DA's.

I have the Universal system by Grit Guard. It works very well and like mentioned works for every single buffer type.

(I cleaned 8 NASTY pads full of dried single stage paint in about 5-10 minutes yesterday).

I heard back on the System 2000 unit. We are looking at $105 if 10 people are interested. Plus shipping cost which I'm told will really vary depending on location. He was checking to see if maybe we could get a better price for a whole pallet. Not sure how many are on a pallet. I'll beat him up for the best price!

I'm still waiting to hear back from Grit Guard.

Once we get all the numbers in and decide what model to go with I will start a new sign up thread.
