      Re: 130...

If I give you guys some of my pads, then I'll have to clean the pads I have MORE OFTEN! So in all fairness, I actually need MORE pads in order to not have to clean them so much.

So, here's the deal, you guys send me your pads. For every 2 pads that you send me, I will return 1 pad out of my collection, back to you.

I know what you're thinking, "this doesn't bennefit me at all". And while that may seem true right now, just think of all the time you would gain because you're not reading pointless posts like this one, and you would be able to spend more time on your vehicles, making them look all purdy! So I'm actually helping you guys out by not wasting anymore valuable time, reading pointless posts

        Re: 130...

I hate to say it but I washing machine most of mine once and a while. I think I have about 50 or so. Other than that, hose them out with water and crank up the rotary and spin them dry!
If its fast, loud, and runs on a flammable liquid...count me in.

Nick, were would the fun be. No more pointless posts to read. As you stated that would leave me more time for the cars. But once the wife finds out I have more time. The "honey do" list will become longer. So in all fairness I will pass on your generous offer of giving me more time.

I am too! I don't know why I haven't thrown most of them out yet either.

I use the System 2000. Had it for about 2 years. So far, it's held up fairly well, but I have nothing to compare it to. I've been wanting to try the new one from Grit Guard, but can't justify the extra expense for something I already have.

My one and only complaint about the system 2000, besides getting sprayed with dirty water every once in a while, is it's tough to clean the center of the pad(foam). It leaves a spot about the size of a half dollar not as clean, in the center. So I have to manually clean that spot on every pad

I don't think that is the systems' fault, but more due to how a buffer works...the outer edges rotate more, and the middle hardly at all.

I have the grit guard system and have noticed the same thing...although not bad enough to typically require that I clean it by hand too.
