  • New Radio!

So yesterday I bought a new radio for my 5 series! Blaupunkt MP47. The thing is really nice and sounds MUCH better than the factory one thanks to the simply amazing equalizer it has! Plus, you can adjust the display color to match the rest of the dash perfectly. During the day, it is VERY easy to read, and at night, well I will have to take another picture, because it fits the rest of the dash very well for only being a $150 deck!

Way to go! Did you do the install yourself? Looks like a good fit.
I installed a double DIN in one of my cars a few years ago. It was worth the time and I'm still liking it.
    Enjoy your new tunes!

Here is the pic of the deck at night. The pictures kinda **** because it is a camera phone, but you get the general idea:

          Yeah I did install myself.

Yup! That is one of the BIG factors that sold me on this HU along with its excellent equalizer. It looks simple, and you can control what color you want the display to be (with an unlimited choice of colors; RGB selection). Very easy to control as well.

Nice! I used to have a stereo shop. I would never let anyone install my radio/system. It's very easy.
