Shell must have a different mix of fuel.

Oh, another thing I do to clean my engine up is I use lucas fuel injector to clean up the injectors so it would be more efficient. I use it once a month.

That's the main reason I traded in the truck. It had about 89K miles but the engine was great. Goog power for a V6. Horrible MPG. Before gas started going down a bit, I would spend about $145 a week just to go to work and back.
Your telling me. Since I hardly drive gas isnt a problem for me at all. It will be 5 years old this January and it has around 33k miles on it.

We should trade for awhile. That way they will both get balanced out.

I really noticed an increase when I switched to synthetic oil and new plugs. It still gets the same MPG as my full size truck did and that had a 6.0L V8. Go figure.

Yea, sometimes its hard to figure out why a small Jeep gets the same mpg as a truck but youve got to think about it some.

The suspension is beefy on a Jeep, drivetrain is heavy, the 3.7 has an iron block(heavy), the frame on the liberty is known for its strength and stiffness,(yes, it has a uni-frame, not a uni-body), it weighs around 4,000lbs, and its a brick which pushes a lot of wind. Its a dang tank and thats why I love it.
