I was just doing some channel surfing and happened to catch the end of an episode of Hammer Heads on HGTV (image link). The project involved making a concrete countertop to support a pre-fab firepit as part of a back yard pergola.
In the final step before installing the concrete countertop outside... one of the co-hosts applied what I think was A12 (the front label was not facing the camera but, I recognized the bottle shape and back of the label). She applied the A12 using a Craftsman orbital.
The reason I suspect A12 was used is the color of the product. It was that mid color, darker beige and the fact that they called the product both a polish and a wax.
If it was A12 I guess the oils added some luster to the top and the wax added some shine.
