Re: Official 2008 What do you drive thread, post pics
I still drive this baby car everyday. 2005 Toyota Echo hatch.
Then I have this small SUV for winter & weekend rides on roads I wouldn't dare take the Echo to. I really like forest & gravel roads. 1998 Toyota RAV4 4WD.
Here's the former winter beater... 1989 Toyota Tercel. Engine died in 2006. Someone bought it and put a new engine in. Last I knew it was used as a delivery car. I'm sure it isn't so shiny anymore...

My daily driver is the same car I've had for the past 7 years ... I think the only way I'll get another one is if this one is crashed. Mind you, I said that last time it was crashed LOL
... a SAAB 900 from 1989 - 8V turbocharged engine which returns about 25 MPG urban and around 38 MPG on the motorway (Imperial gallons). I can get those figures to drop considerably when keeping my foot on the loud pedal and the turbo needle way up in the red!
Little over a year ago, my wife bought this car which we use for days out, going on holiday and general roof down driving fun:
... a SAAB 900 Convertible from 1992 - 16V light pressure turbo with an automatic gearbox. We get about 22 MPG urban and over 40 MPG on the motorway. It's a lovely car to keep clean and shiny, which #7 and #26 (liquid) seems to do very well indeed Sorry ... Meguiars doesn't generally go near my white car, but I do pop a layer of #16 on every now and again.
My Maserati biTurbo...that's being rebuilt...I miss it soooooo!
So I now drive a Mercedes-Benz c280. I really like it, it's nice but no Maserati.
The paint is nice but I have to repaint if I want it perfect.
This is my gf's Maserati, she's making into a show car, so kewl!
I saw a Maserati BI turbo for sale by me. the owner was asking 2,000 for it. I am not sure if it is still for sale. I wanted to buy it but my parents said no.

Well you can thank your parents. These cars requiar a compleat make over with a lot of money coming out of every orifice you have. I only have them because I drove one when they first came out and I fell in love with them! Maserati's are expensive and you have to love them to own them other wise you'll not keep them and that's why there so cheap to aquire but, keeping is a whole other store.

this is my daily driver 1997 Honda Civic. Picture was taken about 3 years ago with film. I don't have those wheels on it anymore. I'll have to take a new updated digital picture.
