Alright Joe, this is what you should do:

1. For the future start watermarking your pictures and posting them on site that will prevent copying instead of using forum galleries. Check out smugmug.com for that. Yearly fee is reasonable.

2. Get one of forum members that are lawyers help you write a short letter to that guy's ISP provider on basis of DMCA and get him nailed. They are obliged to provide all legal info including his address, can be asked to cut off his access, and he is legally liable. Shake him up at least.

Wow, i've been reading on TR i'm on Page 8 right now. and all the links of htis guy screwing people. He somehow thinks hes going to get hsi car back by Friday.

I would contact the detective in the area working this case.

This guy is a known con-artist. I wonder what people think when he shows up for a detail and it's not the guy in the picture.

wow that joe dono guy is on a roll i read the article yesterday about him tring to scam the body shop, claimiing to be a detailer, amongst other things..

this guy will streal the boxers shorts off ya if u arent paying attention, and wear them like there his own..

PM sent. Hopefully I can help Joe out but the guy who stole the photos (and this is theft) is "Joe Dono" and is currently being prosecuted for fraud.

I had the DA's informatin about him yesterday, but can't find it now. If anyone can located it, maybe they can leave a link for Joe to contact the prosecuting DA with information about this punk.

Oh wow. That Dono kid is in a HEAP of trouble with a performance shop down in Tampa, FL. I'll try to dig the thread up but I saw it posted on another forum and the basic gist is he tried to scam them out of $16,000 dollars worth of upgrades to his low-end Toyota Celica and they ended up seizing the car and are trying to get mechanic's lien against it.

He's a real piece of work!

Man I thought this was a joke when I saw the fake site. This guy is an idiot. Probaly would say that Joe in the picture was one of his workers. Hope this guys gets prosecuted to the fullest extent.
