Maybe you should just watermark every one of your images with Superior Shine or something. It doesn't look as good but at least people aren't making money off of your hard work. You could also disable the ability to copy things from your website so they would have to know computers to get any of the images and even if they do they would still be watermarked.

Just an idea but throw all your photos on to a few cd's or a dvd and send them in and get a copyright. I don't remember what the cost was but you can do an entire "collection" at one time. It might not stop people but at least you can put the little logo on the photo. Plus if you hold a copyright you can sue.

Looks like it's about $45 if I'm reading all the correct forms. You can also do all your photos from a single calendar year in one registration.

Looks like a lot of reading and filling out forms but once you do it you will be able to do following years quick.

I would think just having the copyright logo would scare off most people. Plus it would say (C) Superior Shine. If they still did it or had the nerve to cut off the copyright you could go after them for monetary damages.

This sounds like 3Fitty's area!

Just type his phone number into Google like I did, and you'll find a Craigslist ad with another number, and also his forum call-signs.

Once you do that, look at the results.
