The guy said he sanded it down. I was going to inquire more but, he scared me! He was a Aussie and looked like he drove it here from the Outback! Did you notice the Ford rust bucket in the background? I looked like "Cars & Coffee" gone bad!

Yeah I noticed that the older Ford in the background that has rust.Those wheels he has on are I think not naturally that way? They must be covered in brake dust. If he wants to paint his truck it will take quite a while to get all that rust off. Rust is a cars cancer and man does that ford have it bad.
