FINALLY!!!! A new product introduced when I'm actually in need....vs having a good supply of the previous product yet buying the new one just because. I was getting ready to start replacing some of my 8006 pads that are reaching the end of their life and to be able to replace them with a machine washable version is really icing on the cake.

Since this applies to all three pads, what is the thickness of the foam from the face to the backing plate contact area?

Mike is the veclro surface area on these pads larger than the origional? Reason I ask, the backing plate on the Flex is slightly larger than the velcro surface area on the old pads which when saturated, would cause them to cut into the foam and render the pad worthless.

I just measured the backing plate on the Flex, it's 5.5" in diameter.

Have to check, don't have the number here in front of me. Trying to finish the monthly newsletter so it can go out in the next hour or so, will get back to you on this.

Okay I have some pictures that will give you perspective on the dimensions as compared to the W-8006 pads and the various backing plates but I need to finish the newsletter first before I start processing photos which tends to be time intensive if the goal is accurate photos that will endure on this forum.
