    Hi everyone, Happy 4th! I was going to buy a amp and I do not know to much about them. Do any of you know what a good one is. I was going to spend around 150.00 to 250.00. I was looking at 4 chanels. Thanks!

    Look for a low distortion rate. You can buy lower wattage and get cleaner sound, or you can buy higher wattage and get distorted sound. Go for quality over quantity.

          Someday I have to get my little system hooked up in the Jeep. I have a JL Audio 250/1 and a 10W3V3 that sound pretty good to me. It' not real loud but sounds clean and accurate.

              I would suggest going to a reputable stereo shop, they should point you in the right direction.
              In my experience (especially with amplifiers) you get what you pay for, the less expensive the amp, the less expensive are the parts inside.
              In my opinion Rockford Fosgate has a very wide variety of amp and all of very high quality. You can't go wrong with a Rock.
