I got 4 new tires put on my car today. It wasn't cheap either, but I need them. Anyway I went to visit my girlfriends father and when I was getting ready to leave I noticed something on my arm rest on the door. It was dirt from the techs arm. What are they thinking? Well I got the Quik Out and it removed the dirt from it. This isn't the first time this has happened with a vehicle of mne. It also happened to my Cavalier that I use to have. That time there was dirt on the roof of the vehicle.

      I hate that.

I go to Les Schwab and they marvel at how clean my rigs are and take good care of me. Once I rotated the tires shortly after a good cleaning and applying of tire dressing, they apologized for messing up my tires when they rotated them and didn't want to use a different dressing without asking me first. I was appreciated by them being so cool about it.

Now me, I tend to mess up my furniture when I work on the car....LOL.

It seems all to common. It is not ours who cares? At least Aaron has found a good place to get work done. I am always on the other side. The mechanics compliment the finish and looks, but leave thier signature mark behind. Go figure.

I went to have an oil change and the oil slick left on the brake pedal caused my foot to slip off as I was backing out. Luckily it stopped the engine. I got the oil from the steering wheel on my pants and in my eyes.

And, of course, I was informed the next day that the oil leak caused by their failure to replace the crushable drain plug gasket was due to failure of a head gasket.

            More amazed than angry.

A buddy of mine got his oil changed there with Mobil1. When he got the bill he looked and it said 7 quarts of Mobil1 plus filter change. He went in and asked why he was charged for 7 quarts when his truck only takes 6. They said his truck came in a quart low so they topped it off before changing the oil. He then had to fight with the manager to get them to change the price.
If its fast, loud, and runs on a flammable liquid...count me in.
