Oil for the most part is bottled at the same plant just different labels ...
Royal Purple is the best just costly, More important is keeping oil changed what good is (5) $8 quarts of oil when it gets dirty ...?
As someone in the industry that not true. A lot depends on what base oil group is used and each company also has custom made additive packages. Royal Purple has been know to suffer moly separation in some cases.

So adding a few additives means its bottled somewhere else .....
Don't believe everything you read on the label there's no difference between oils until you use synthetic which is man made vs Fossil fuel....
Example Parts master oil is made by Valvoline coincidence...? I think not...!

Rebranding isn't the same as oil being the same. I'm no fan of non-synthetics.
I use Q HorsePower. They keep changing the names of the stuff as it used to be Q Advance, either way both are the full synthetic. Interesting discussion here though.
