  • Auto Vandalism

This poor, poor Audi and owner. If this happened to me I'd be devastated.

This story is from Detailing world, another forum I occasionally scan.

How could people be so jealous to do something like that to someones property.

YOU JUST DON"T TOUCH ANOTHER MAN'S CAR! It's an unwritten rule!

I don't know what I'd do if I saw it happening. One thing I know it probably would't be pleasant to be on the receiving end.

    Audi thread from Detailing World

Pics have been moved to this photobucket folder

    Re: Auto Vandalism

I would only hope the people who did this get caught. But since the police are not interested it will not happen. That is the work of some seriously sick people. That is terrible. The thought of doing it to any vehicle is bad enough. But to do it to a brand new car......just sick. Thats so wrong at so many levels.

          Re: Auto Vandalism

The thread has been closed at the request of the OP while a criminal investigation is under way. The pictures have also been removed.

Apparently, a threat was made on DW against the OP. Shocking....

            Re: Auto Vandalism

I did have a chance to see the pics earlier and it looked like an acid of somekind was poured on the car. Totally started peeling the paint to the bare metal it seemed. Very sad. Looked like the RS4 model.

Just Sunday I saw an SRT-10 Dodge Ram for sale at a used car dealership and since it was up on a ramp (shoulder height) someone had tagged all over the bumper with an oil based marker. Hope they catch these vandels.

I believe it was an S-Line A4 (Audi S4). On another thread on DW, the owner of a BMW X5 managed to catch vandals sawing off a portion of the exhaust system and nailed one with a tire iron.

Can't seem to find the link, though.

A month or so ago Shawne Merriman's SL65 AMG got the rims stolen and the car was driven into a ditch and torched. You have to keep your cars protected now a days.
