I can't believe I waited 2 years to do the floor. It looked like **** before!
Does anyone have experience with the Bear floor expoxy? The sales guy talked me into it over the 2 part RustOleum. It went on very easily and I only Spent $175.
Did you acid wash the floor first or just lay it down? Most of getting the paint to stick well has to do with prep work. There is a site called the garagejournal that has a whole sub forum related to garage floor epoxy's.
If its fast, loud, and runs on a flammable liquid...count me in.

Yeah I degreased it first and then went back and etched it with 2 gallons of the Bear etcher. Let it sit for about 25 min and then scrubbed it with a broom for another 30. I rinsed it off with a hose and then pressure washed every inch for about an hour with my 2750psi pressure washer. Felt like sand paper when I was done.
I'm so jealous. It is hard to work outside because there is so little shade and my garage is to small to fit a car and work on it. The only thing you need is a nice big banner from Meguiars. Don't they sell them on ebay or something?
If you think it it's expensive to hire a professional,
hire an amateur first.

I haven't found one yet. I was thinking of just having a guy come out and paint the logo on the wall.
Looks like I finally ordered enough products to recieve this! Now my shop will be complete!
The only reason some people get lost in thought... is because it is unfamiliar territory for them.
