Early this week, BMW unveiled their latest concept car, which commemorates the 30th anniversary of the fabled M1 supercar. What are your thoughts/opinions on it?

      I'd have one!

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

I've actually detailed a real 1978 M1 that had less than 2000 actual miles on it! Really cool car, got to move it from the back of the house, down the alley and around to the front of the house. Last I heard, the owner had it on display at Harrah's in Reno.

This is my older son, Chris, putting the finishing touches on it:

Great looking car. Really good looking. Looks like its moving standing still.

The M1 is a very cool and exotic vehicle, that's for sure. The concept is pretty sharp, I'm not 100% sure though if all the lines work for me at some angles. Maybe it's one of those designs that will grow on me...

For some reason I have never liked these cars. They look like a copy of a Ferrari...hopefully the production wont look like it though.

I do like the new 1 Series though; but its a little on the pricey side for what you get.

Paint it black and Darth Vader has a new car!!

Very striking design indeed, but for some odd reason the headlights remind me a bit of the new Camaro concept car - something about the heavy set "eyebrow" treatment just makes me think "Camaro". With BMW really making big gains in Formula 1 this season, they need a car like this.
